Top Fifteen Beverages to Serve Your Guests at New Year

Needing to come up with a list of alcohol-free beverages to serve guests around New Year's Eve, I searched the internet for ideas. What I found was very few options available for truly alcoholic-free cocktails, leaving me with strange suggestions like ginger ale mixed with food dye or sugar-free soda mixed with vodka (huh?). So, I decided that it would be best if I just brainstormed some drinks myself that are not only great tasting but also don't require any prep beforehand. Fifteen drinks that are guaranteed to please everyone!

1) Blueberry Lavender Fizz

This delicious drink is perfect for any time of the year, but it's especially fitting for New Year's Eve. It's light, refreshing, and easy to make - just mix blueberry juice, lavender syrup, and sparkling water together in a pitcher and serve chilled. To add a touch of flair, you can also top each glass off with a few high-quality edible dried Ultra Blue Lavender by bMaker. They offer premium botanical, edible, kosher certified dried flowers that you can buy on their website or through Amazon.

2) Virgin Strawberry Daiquiri

A delicious and refreshing drink for those who love strawberries! This is a great choice for those who want something fruity but don't like the taste of alcohol. Simply mix together crushed ice, strawberries, vanilla syrup, and lime juice until you reach your desired consistency and serve in a martini glass. For an added touch, you can garnish or top with whipped cream and a whole or sliced strawberry.

3) Basil Lime Sorbet

Light and citrusy sorbet that's perfect for a cool and refreshing drink on New Year's Eve! This recipe only requires 4 ingredients - lime juice, sugar, water, and fresh basil leaves. Combine all of the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce heat and let simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and let cool completely before transferring to a blender and blending until smooth. Pour mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions. Serve immediately or store in the freezer for later.

4) Virgin Pina Colada

A sweet and creamy drink that tastes just like the real thing - but without the alcohol! To make this drink, simply combine juice, coconut milk, and vanilla extract. Mix crushed iced with fresh lime juice and simple syrup (to taste) until the mixture reaches your desired texture and place into individual serving cups. Garnish with basil leaves if possible to add even more zest to this tasty treat. This way I promise you a sensational celebration.
