Is your gut health affecting your life?

Gut health can be underestimated, it is the area in your body that starts from your esophagus and stomach and runs all the way to your intestine. It’s main task is to digest and absorb food while keeping everything moving in your GI track.

It can be linked to many bodily functions. It influences your weight to your mood to your brain health. Also, 90% of your feel good hormone serotonin is produced in your gut so it’s worth your attention.
